President/Co-Founder: Jo-Anne Zapata

Jo-Anne is a Certified Hotel Administrator and is General Manager of the Days Inn Horsham.

Born and raised in Horsham, she has 5 children and 4 grandchildren: Sharon, Jessica, Michael and Aaron.

In addition to leading the Greater Horsham Chamber, Jo-Anne is also involved with many other local organizations including: Vice President - Greater Hatboro Chamber of Commerce; Board of Directors - Friends of the Horsham Library; Board of Directors - College Settlement Camp; Past President - Horsham Rotary; Paul Harris Fellow: Rotary International; Business Partner - Hatboro-Horsham Educational Foundation.

She enjoys her family, home, work and traveling.

Secretary/Co-Founder: Mary Dare

Mary Dare

Mary holds and has held many leadership roles within our community. In addition to co-founding and serving as Secretary of the Greater Horsham Chamber of Commerce, she also currently serves as President of Friends of the Horsham Library; Chairman of the Horsham Township Park and Recreation Board; Board Member of the Hatboro-Horsham Educational Foundation; amd is Past President of the Horsham Rotary.

Mary and her husband Craig are long time residents of Horsham. Mary has recently retired from the restaurant business and is now active as a Real Estate Agent with Re/Max Hyde Park. She is also spending lots of quality time with her four grandchildren, Hayley, Brennan, Olivia, Amelia, and Alexander, and enjoys traveling both within the United States and internationally.

Vice President: Kevin Winters

Kevin Winters

Kevin has resided in the Maple Glen section of Horsham since 1998, and is currently starting up a web design and consulting business. He has developed and manages a number of web sites including Horsham-Happenings and the Greater Horsham Chamber site, plus those of most of the youth sports clubs in Horsham. In addition to his role with the Chamber, Kevin is also VP of the Horsham Preservation and Historical Association; Board Member of the Horsham Neighborhood Association; Director of Commercial Services for Horsham ChATs Community Policing; Past President of the Horsham Soccer Association; and Past Director of the Colleen Reilly Girls Invitational Soccer Tournament. He currently coaches at the U18 Boys Level for Horsham Soccer.

Kevin has an MBA from Drexel University and has started up industrial fleet management business units for The Connell Company and Yale Materials Handling Corp. His son Tim attends HHHS and daughter Annemarie attends KVMS.

Treasurer: Dave Shaffer, CPA

Dave Shaffer

Dave is a Director with Kreischer Miller, in the Audit and Accounting group where he provides audit and accounting, and management consulting services for a variety of clients and industry groups. His areas of expertise include government contractor, manufacturer, and service companies. David also serves as an instructor for Kreischer Miller’s in-house professional training seminars and has given seminars throughout Pennsylvania regarding compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations.

He graduated with honors from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Kreischer Miller, David was the controller of a local bank and had nine years of public accounting experience. His responsibilities included managing audits of nonprofit, banking and closely-held service companies.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania.

David is also very active in the Horsham Rotary and coaches in the Challenger Baseball League in Horsham (a league for children with disabilities).

Director: Elaine Boyle

Elaine is a lifelong resident of the area and lives in Hatboro with her husband Michael and daughter Briana. She has been in banking for 25 years, with Abington Bank since 1997, and is currently the branch manager AVP at Abington Bank’s Hatboro branch. Elaine has done volunteer work with various youth groups such as the Warminster Pioneers, Rainbow Girls and Neshaminy Warwick Youth Group as well as a teaching session for college bound students about banking at William Tennent High School. She has also served on various committees for the former Suburban, Hatboro and Horsham Chambers. She currently serves as the executive board secretary for the Greater Hatboro Chamber of Commerce and well as serving on the board of directors here.

Director: Mike Colucci

Mike and his wife Sandy Baker Colucci have been Horsham residents for 28 years. A graduate of LaSalle University, Mike is a CPA and maintains an office in Horsham where his practice is limited to tax and financial planning. His extensive community involvement includes terms as the president of the former Horsham Chamber of Commerce and on the board of the former Suburban Chamber of Commerce; The Friends of the Horsham Library; and chairman of the Washington Township (NJ) Parks & Recreation Commission. Mike also served as a director and treasurer of Old York Road Country Club and currently serves on the Horsham Township Library Board. In 2006, Mike was honored as the co-recipient of the Patricia Dobbs Award for service to the Horsham Library by the Southeast Chapter of the Pennsylvania Library Association and in 2007 was named their Trustee of the Year.

Director: Michael Dare

A lifelong resident of Horsham Township, Mike resides today in Horsham with his wife Kiera and their two children. A current Director with the Greater Horsham Chamber of Commerce, Mike has also enjoyed his previous roles as a Director for the Suburban Chamber of Commerce, the Founder and President of North Penn BNI and the Founder of the Philadelphia Suburban Young Professionals Network.

Mike is a Sales Manager and Financial Advisor with Whipple & Associates, part of the MassMutual Financial Group, located right here in Horsham. Mike’s personal insurance and investment practice focuses on helping people maximize and protect the value of owning a closely held business for themselves, their families and their key employees. The majority of Mike’s professional time is spent helping new associates launch and develop careers in the financial services industry.

Mike chairs the chamber's Ambassador committee.

Director: Karen Ann Fitzpatrick

Karen Ann Fitzpatrick, owner of Karen Ann’s Tea Room located in Warminster, PA, resides in Horsham Township and has for the last 22 years with her husband, Chuck and sons Kevin and Ryan. Together Karen Ann and Chuck have contributed largely to the community through volunteer time. Chuck not only coached Horsham soccer for 12 years, but also served as Referee Director and Athletic Director. Karen Ann has served as a Board member of the Horsham Township Park and Recreation Board and of the Hatboro-Horsham Educational Foundation. In 2001, Karen Ann was one of the original founders of Celestia Performing Arts Association, which she served as Executive Artistic Director until March 2009. Karen Ann spends most of her time at the tea room and when not at the tea room, out in the community.

Director: Frank Gerome

Frank R. Gerome was born in 1946 in the City of Philadelphia. He was raised in South Philadelphia and attended Philadelphia Public Schools.

In 1968 he graduated from West Chester State College with a B.S. in Elementary Education and taught for five years in Delaware County as an elementary school teacher. While at college and in the classroom, he spent his summers working as a counselor for The College Settlement Camps in Horsham, Pennsylvania. In 1973 he left teaching to assume the responsibilities as a full time assistant director at the Camp. Upon retirement of the former Executive Director in 1982, he was elected, by the Board of Trustees, to the position of Executive Director.

Director: Ashlee Janiszewski

Ashlee has resided in Horsham Township since 1995 and has worked in the area since graduating college in 2004. She currently works for Randee Janiszewski State Farm Insurance, providing insurance and financial services. She has been involved in numerous community organizations including the Greater Horsham Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Club of Hatboro-Horsham, the Environmental Advisory Board for Horsham Township, and several local political organizations. She also volunteers with Abington Art Center and Graeme Park. She graduated Cum Laude from Temple University with a BA in Communications and Theatre. Ashlee spends her free time reading, traveling, catching up on movies and driving one of the funny cars that reside at Randee Janiszewski State Farm on Horsham Road!

Director: Dr. Dave McPhillips

Dave is an Optometrist in private practice at Primary Eye Care Associates in Horsham since 1994.








Director: Frank W. Nobile

Frank Nobile

Originally from Connecticut, Frank has been a Horsham Township resident since 1992. He has served on the Board of Directors for the former Suburban Horsham Willow Grove Chamber of Commerce, Aldersgate YSB, and the Greater Valley Forge Human Resources Association. He is a coach for Horsham Little League, Horsham Soccer Association and HHoops and is commonly referred to as “Coach Frank”. Frank is also a member of Talamore Country Club.

Professionally, Frank helps small businesses and families with their insurance, benefits and investments needs and is the official broker for the GHCC health insurance plans. Frank is married with 3 daughters that attend Hatboro-Horsham Schools.

Frank chairs the chamber's Membership committee and is the chamber contact for Insurance and Benefits.
