Green Futures Fair
Green Futures Fair
The Hatboro-Horsham Green Futures Fair is the first fair held by a Montgomery County school district featuring green professionals, government agencies, businesses, technologies, products and information.
The Green Futures Fair will also feature green post-seconday programs of study. Students inspired by what they see will learn where and how to prepare for identified Pennsylvania high priority professions.
Our goal is to represent industry and post-secondary green opportunity in the following areas:
1. Renewable Power Generation, (a) wind (b) solar (c) hydro (d) biomass
2. Energy Efficiency (a) standards (b) implementation
3. Renewable transportation fuels (a) transportation sector emissions (b) renewable fuels
The fair will be open to Teens, young adults, school district faculty and community members. There will be something for everyone. All 22 school districts in Montgomery County are welcome and encouraged to attend.
