Entrepreneur Luncheon Series #3 | Jennifer Partelow

The 3rd in our Entrepreneur Luncheon Series featuring local Waste Management consultant Jennifer Partelow from AB-8 Waste Solutions LLC.

Jennifer Partelow is a 1988 graduate of Hatboro-Horsham High School,Montgomery County Community College / St Petersburg Community College for Advertising and Marketing Curriculum, and co-owner of AB-8 Waste Solutions LLC.

AB-8 Waste Solutions, LLC is a five year old woman owned waste brokerage company located in Doylestown, PA started by Jennifer Partelow and Kelley Noftsger .

Jennifer worked for a broker for four years where she learned and loved the waste business. "Everyone has trash and everyone needs to get rid of it". Noftsger also has a background in Marketing and was searching for something different along with Partelow for a new venture; Partelow suggested they start a trash brokerage business together. We knew we had a good business plan along with drive and determination and a good pulse on the market. AB-8 Waste with over $1million in sales is expected to double that by end of year.

We provide waste and recycling services to businesses for day-to-day needs, as well as roll-off containers for construction, commercial and residential needs. In addition, we provide services for port-o-lets, office trailers, storage containers, witness burns, light bulb recycling, etc.

We recently began implementing a crayon recycling program with students from local schools, our first big success was at Jarret Nature Center's Earth Day 2010, we collected over 31 lbs of crayons to be recycled. The students brought their old crayons and received a brand new box of recycled crayons; they were educated on how important it is to save as much recyclable material from going to landfills.

AB-8 Waste Solutions covers Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, and Connecticut. Partelow with over 9 years experience in the waste industry "loves trash" and knows the issues that are inherent in the business.

Jennifer was recently elected to the board of directors of Hatboro-Horsham Educational Foundation; as well as a member of the Central Bucks Rotary Chapter of Lahaska, Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, March of Dimes / March for Babies 6th year team captain.
